I work therapeutically with children, adolescents and adults.

I specialise in emotional disorders diagnosis and therapy, psychological support for women, child development psychology, and parental coaching.

As part of my work, I offer the following psychological services:

• Emotional Disorders Therapy: anxiety disorders and phobias, low mood, depression, trauma, stress, and burnout.
  
• Support and Therapy for Women: addressing harmful thought and behaviour patterns, mental preparation for pregnancy and childbirth, postpartum depression.
  
• Child Development Psychology: early diagnosis and developmental support, emotional skills training, memory and concentration training.
  
• Parental Coaching: psychoeducation for parents of young and older children, parenting and personal skills development.
